JANUARY
Rockford Walk for Life
Rockford Federal Courthouse:
327 S. Church Street, Rockford, 61101
We will begin with a rally and then walk several blocks past the State of Illinois building, and back to the Federal Courthouse to conclude in prayer.
Memorial Mass and Prayer Service for the Unborn at St. Theresa in Palatine (455 N. Benton). There will be a special pro-life homily during the mass. Immediately following the mass, the lights will be dimmed and candles will be carried lovingly to the altar. Each candle is a personal memorial for one specific child who lost his or her life to abortion that day in Illinois. If you would like to volunteer to be the bearer of a candle, please contact Maria [email protected]. The service will close with prayer and silence to symbolize the voices silenced that day in Illinois alone. Please join us and invite your friends.

"Bowling for Babies" fundraiser in Streamwood to benefit TLC Pregnancy Services. The event is at Streamwood Bowl, 1232 E. Irving Park Rd. Each bowler is asked to raise at least $50 in pledges for 3 games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, pop, and a door prize entry! It's a great way to have fun while supporting a worthy cause. "Face the Truth Tour," locations all across Chicago and suburbs. Check with the Pro-Life Action League's website for all dates and locations. To participate all you need to do is show up to one of the locations and stand in prayer holding one of the provided signs of either a beautiful unborn baby or one showing a victim of abortion. We need many helpers to open the eyes of the community.

- October 18th 1 pm Meet at St. Theresa Palatine (455 N. Benton) in the gym for inspirational speakers and sponsors display tables.

"Peace in the Womb" Christmas Caroling on the sidewalk in front of abortion facilities
Why: At times music has the ability to touch hearts when mere words cannot. That’s why year after year folks all over the country go out to abortion facilities with carols of the Savior's birth. Your voice, whether classically trained or trained by singing in the shower :-), is needed to share the angels’ message that joy entered the world through the birth of a child. We will be there filled with hope that Christmas miracles can still happen!

No need to RSVP. Come for any amount of time you are able to sacrifice for the women and babies.
